UKEL is looking to secure expert support to design and deliver against its Accessibility & Inclusion objectives, working with a range of partners, community groups and our internal delivery teams to deliver industry leading access and inclusion across all aspects of the festival.

Our goal is to create an event experience that welcomes all visitors regardless of ability, age, ethnic background, or circumstance. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us; it’s a fundamental right. You can read more about our commitment here - https://www.iscfestival.co.uk/accessibility

Work in this area will span the entire breadth of functional delivery areas, providing expert input and advice to help development and implementation of operational plans. Planning will consider all client groups including athletes, artists, spectators, volunteers, workforce and our work in the community.

We welcome proposals from individuals, a group of individuals or agencies/companies. Lived Experience of disability will be considered highly advantageous in proposals.

Closing dates for proposals is 10 August 2026, 9am.
