The Inclusive Sports & Culture Festival (ISCF) Liverpool 2027 is owned by UK Sport and delivered on their behalf by UKEL. The festival is delivered in partnership with a range of stakeholders and the support of local and national sporting and cultural organisations. 

The event will be delivered by a local organising committee which reports to a Steering Group that oversees strategic direction and operational delivery.

The Steering Group is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Festival; creating a world class competition environment for participants; delivering memorable cultural moments, is open and accessible to all and ensuring the event has a positive impact on local communities in Liverpool and Merseyside.
